The Work Continues
Completing a cycle at TeamSystem and intentionally shaping what comes next

My time as CTO at TeamSystem has come to a natural close.
When I joined, the objective was clear: strengthen the engineering organization, modernize the platform, and help prepare the company for its next phase of growth. Over the past years, we scaled the engineering teams, improved delivery reliability, advanced the transition toward cloud-based systems, and built a stronger technical and leadership foundation that will continue to support the company going forward.
This kind of progress is always the result of teams working together over time, solving problems step by step, and staying focused on a shared direction. I’m grateful to everyone I had the opportunity to work with and to what we achieved together.
When a cycle completes, it creates space to step back and look carefully at what matters next.
For now, I’m choosing to use that time deliberately.
I’m dedicating time to celebrating and reconnecting with family, friends, and CODAME—the ART+TECH community I care deeply about and that continues to inspire me. We are often busy building and moving forward, and it’s important to find time to reconnect with the people and environments that give direction and meaning to what we do.
This year, CODAME is exploring a theme called The New Human, reflecting the changes we are experiencing as technology becomes more capable and accessible. I’ll be participating directly in the Creative Hackathon in March as a builder. I’m excited to have the time to build again, to experiment, and to learn through making alongside artists, engineers, and creators. It’s a rare opportunity to step back into the process itself and rediscover what emerges from curiosity and collaboration.
This is also an important moment for my family. My three children are entering new stages of independence—one starting university, another finishing this summer, and the first preparing to graduate. These transitions happen only once, and I want to be fully present for them.
Technology will continue to evolve quickly, creating new possibilities and new responsibilities. The fundamentals, however, remain the same. Progress depends on people who understand systems deeply, who take responsibility for what they build, and who stay focused on long-term outcomes.
I’m proud of what we accomplished at TeamSystem. I’m taking this time to reconnect, to build, and to prepare for the next chapter.
The work continues.
